I was just curious if any of you folks have any experience paddling any of the Nishnabotna rivers in western Iowa? I have driven over the West Nishnabotna River in Red Oak many times, and it looked like a neat river. Heard about "Botna Bend" park to the north in Hancock.

Just curious if this was a place that I should put on my "must do" list, or if it is worth worrying about.

Somebody(?) had mentioned doing one of the Nishnabotnas somewhere on the site earlier this year.
